Last Minute Freakshow — Our End-of-Year Story

Our final narrative of 2025 is finally here. And it’s been a long time coming.

We’re dropping this one later than planned. Life at the studio got busy, and honestly, this story has been quietly fizzing away in the background since the summer. But when it came time to pin it down, something kept slipping away.

Ever had that? A story so clear in your head, but impossible to capture on the page.

First, it was too bland - where was the debauchery we imagined? Then too dark… this is supposed to be a party. Christmas, disco, chaos, VIBES!

Finally, we ticked all the boxes… but now it felt messy, unclear, edited to the point we weren’t even sure what we were saying anymore.

I lost count of the versions we threw out, or how many times we walked away promising, “we’ll come back next week.”

Honestly… who wants to end the year like that?

It’s a story about a party, FFS. Designing out loud is supposed to be fun. So enough overthinking - let’s just publish it.

It’s the end of our first year in operation. I couldn’t let it go quietly. I knew this one was great in my head - chaotic, alive, relatable to anyone who loves the season of endless drinking, eating, regressing, and overindulging.

So here it is: Last Minute Freakshow. The holiday story you didn’t know you needed. The office party that spirals, five nights out on the trot. Glitter in your hair, cocktails in hand, shoes in your bag. Your mates who know your teenage horror stories laughing at you from the corner of the pub.

A celebration of excess, regression, reunion, and ridiculousness. Wishing you a Messy Christmas and a Hanging New Year...
