Cancellation Policy

STUDIO TYP – SERVICE BOOKING POLICY (CAD & TECH PACK SERVICES) Booking & Payment All service bookings must be made through our online system. A deposit is required to secure your booking: CAD Service: £40 deposit Tech Pack Service: £80 deposit Deposits are applied toward the total service fee. Full payment is required before delivery of the final work. Confirmation After booking and payment of your deposit, you will receive a confirmation email with your scheduled call details and any preparation instructions. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your call up to 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable if a booking is missed or canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled call. Preparation & Deliverables CAD Service: Please provide sketches, references, or written descriptions before your alignment call. Tech Pack Service: Please provide CADs, materials, trims, and any reference samples before your alignment call. Scope The deposit secures your call and demonstrates commitment to the service. Final deliverables and fee details will be confirmed during or shortly after the call. Your project will commence once the scope is agreed and all necessary materials are received. No Guarantees Studio TYP provides professional, high-quality work. While we commit to delivering according to the service description, we cannot guarantee outcomes beyond the agreed scope.
