SERVICES
All services provided by TYP Studio — including creative direction, CADs, tech packs, sourcing support, and outsourced design — are subject to these terms and the specific project agreement provided for your engagement.
Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality:

We are happy to sign NDAs for your projects to ensure all shared information and designs remain confidential.

Project Scope:
Details of deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in your project scope agreement.

OWNERSHIP & COPYRIGHT
All materials, whether free resources or service deliverables, remain the intellectual property of TYP Studio unless otherwise explicitly stated.
 

• Free Resources: Ownership remains with TYP Studio; use is limited to personal or internal purposes.

• Paid Deliverables: For services such as CADs, tech packs, or creative direction outputs, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client once full payment has been received and the project is complete. Any underlying methods, templates, or tools used to create the deliverables remain the property of TYP Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   

Use of any materials does not grant rights beyond the permissions outlined here or in your project agreement.

NO GUARANTEES
Resources and services are provided “as-is” and without guarantee. TYP Studio does not take responsibility for any decisions made based on this content and reserves the right to update, modify, or remove resources or services at any time.
